Although it is no longer being manufactured, the Mitel Superset 4 is still a good buy. There is no need to worry about support and compatibility if you get a Mitel Superset 4 as it is supported by all Mitel systems that use the 9110-410 card and COV card as well as being compatible with systems such as the sx-20, sx-50, sx-200 and 2000.

Some of the great features that make the Mitel Superset4 special include its thirteen (13) speed dial keys, line status display and conference key. It is important to know that the conference functionality can only accommodate a maximum of five (5) callers. Another handy function of the Mitel Superset 4 phone is pick-up. This function allows users to pick-up any ringing telephone on their floor. This means that in the absence of a co-worker, customers/clients are not forced to leave a voicemail message or worse yet, be frustrated by a continuously ringing phone.

Transferring a call directly to voicemail is an option that can be helpful, especially if you are on an important call and do not want to put the second caller on hold. The Mitel Superset allows the phone’s user to quickly direct the call to voicemail. For users who will be away from their desk for any length of time, or who will be working at another desk, the phone facilitates the forwarding of telephone numbers to another extension. In addition, the phone has fifteen (15) line selections.

The Superset 4 was succeeded by the Superset 400 series of phones. The Superset 400 has improved on the Superset 4, with added features and up to 96 programmable keys in some models.
